Night of the Day of the Dawn of the Son of the Bride of the Return of the Revenge of the Terror of the Attack of the Evil, Mutant, Alien, Flesh Eating, Hellbound, Zombified Living Dead Part 2: In Shocking 2-D
Following in the footsteps of Woody Allen's "What's
Up, Tiger Lily?
and Jay Ward's "Fractured
Flickers" method of replacing the original
dialog with humorous new dialog, comes this "home-made" gem, described best by the movie's intro:
IN 1967, GEORGE ROMERO, USING
NON-PROFESSIONAL ACTORS AND
ACTRESSES AND A CREW MADE UP
OF FRIENDS AND RELATIVES MADE
WHAT HAS BECOME THE MOST
FAMOUS HORROR FILM OF ALL TIME
"NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD".
RECENTLY, FILMMAKER
LOWELL MASON, WHILE REVIEWING,
"NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD"
NOTICED SOME SEVERE FLAWS IN
THE STRUCTURE OF THE SCRIPT.
HE OBTAINED A COPY OF THE FILM,
WIPED OUT THE ENTIRE
SOUNDTRACK, AND REPLACED
IT WITH HIS OWN DIALOGUE
AND MUSIC.
THE RESULTS FOLLOW
Rated PG-13 for coarse language and near-nudity during "host segments"
